Varför skapade vi helpii?

In a world that is becoming increasingly digital, we felt a need to create something that once again gets people talking to each other – face to face. helpii was born from a simple but powerful idea: to build a platform where people, regardless of age, can meet, help each other, and create genuine human interactions.

It's not just about solving practical problems, like finding a handyman or someone who can look after the children, but also about recreating the important thing in really meeting. To laugh together, share experiences and build new relationships. For us, helpii is a bridge between generations, cultures and experiences – a place where we can find our way back to something genuine.

Why no AI?

We often get asked: “Why don’t you use AI in your systems?” The answer is simple. We love AI and the potential it has to make life easier, but in this particular case, our ambition is to create more mänskliga möten.

We want helpii to be a platform where computers and phones don't take over, but instead are used as tools to connect people. When you enter helpii, the goal is that you will eventually stand in front of another human being, maybe shake hands, smile and feel like you've done something together - something that can't be replaced by a screen or an algorithm.

That's why we consciously extend a human hand – a physical hand – instead of leaning on AI's digital solutions.

A new view of collaboration

In an era where much is about automating and streamlining, we at helpii want to take a step back and cherish what is human. We believe that the strength of our society lies in the ability to help and trust each other. Through helpii, we want to inspire more people to dare to ask for help and more people to dare to reach out and give help.
